Returns & Refunds:-
We accept returns in the following cases only:
- You received an incorrect item
- The item is damaged or defective
To request a return for the above reasons, please email us with the following details:
- Your Order ID
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item, including tags and original packaging
Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, we will offer one of the following:
- Refund to your Lavina’s Wallet (store wallet balance, which can be used for future purchases), or
- A replacement item (subject to availability)
Please note: Refunds will not be issued to bank accounts or original payment methods. Refunds are only provided in your Lavinas Wallet.
Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
- Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
- Ship the item back to us at your own cost (reverse pickups are not available)

trackable courier service. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
International Orders
Please note, no refunds or replacements will be issued for international shipments if:
- An incorrect or outdated delivery address was provided
- The courier makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts
- The package is refused by the recipient
