Once your request is reviewed and approved by our team, we will offer:

A replacement item (subject to availability)

Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please:
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact
Ship the item back to us at your own cost (reverse pickups are not available)

International Orders
Please note, no refunds or replacements will be issued for international shipments if:
An incorrect or outdated delivery address was provided
The courier makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts
The package is refused by the recipient
